The volume of major film shoots setting up in Jersey City has grown so significantly that one of the city’s largest property owners apparently almost can’t keep up with demand.
Over the past few years, Hollywood has taken New Jersey by storm thanks in part to 2018’s Garden State Film and Digital Media Jobs Act. The legislation provides a film production tax credit of up to 35 percent and has kickstarted filming throughout New Jersey.
